listed is a fantastic bakelite and lucite
purse, with nicely curved surfaces and
measuring approximately 8.0" wide,
4.0" deep, and 3.5" high not
including the matching twin handles. The
body of the purse is a richly colored
bakelite, while the clear top features
a carved starbust design. This vintage
handbag is in excellent condition, with
no warping, no vinegar smell , no clouding,
and the original clasp that closes very
tight. We have a particular fondness for
this color combination, and we liked the
curved surfaces of the style and the classic
